On Tuesday the 9th of June, residents of the boroughs of Hammersmith and Fulham were invited to debate the proposed 20mph speed limit at Hammersmith Town Hall.

The event was hosted by Hammersmith and Fulham Council’s Policy and Accountability Committee. This department focus on community safety, environment and residents. It is their hope that this new proposal will make the streets of boroughs safer. As an area with many schools and family properties, such a move could provide children with safer streets.
