Marketing is simply the first step to letting a property, whilst the lettings market moves at a fast pace, our team of lettings agents are diligent and considered when showing potential tenants around a property and when managing negotiations. 

Comprehensive, third-party referencing is included, free of charge, for all properties let and we provide guidance on the legislative points of arranging a tenancy to all our landlords.

No Upfront Agency Fees

We understand that cash flow is important to landlords, recognising this some years ago we chose to charge the fees for our service in a different way to what is commonplace across the industry.

When a property is let with Horton and Garton and we either collect the rent or manage the property, there are no up-front agency fees. Our fee is spread across the course of the tenancy, being deducted from the rent each month rather than being one large lump sum due at the beginning of the tenancy.
