Meet the team

John Horton and Paul Cooney

John HortonJohn first met Paul seven years ago and clocked his drive and work ethic when they were both working in Hammersmith. They would regularly make time after work to catch up and discuss local market movements and successes. They quickly realised it was a true meeting of minds – two agents with the same values of honesty, integrity and community mindedness as well as sharing a hard working approach to business. The idea of a partnership with John was completely organic, developing over a Christmas lunch where Mr Chiswick met Mr Hammersmith himself. John, who recently relocated to W4, explained his ambitions to Paul for growing his established business into Chiswick.

The Chiswick office on Turnham Green Terrace opens in April 2017 and Paul and John now proudly count W4 within their Purple Patch. “We will take on fewer clients so we can deliver a completely tailored experience for each instruction, designing bespoke marketing campaigns for each property with the ultimate aim of achieving the best result.”

His dedicated team stand out from the competition by excelling at cutting through the jargon and offering an experienced, personable and professional service to vendors, landlords, buyers and renters alike. Horton and Garton work tirelessly for their clients whilst giving back to the local community by supporting various events and charities. They have a singular combination of an impeccable reputation and unparalleled visibility within their patch.
